I did find a book I think everyone could find useful <a HREF="http://cyber-toolz.com/backlinking-guide" rel="nofollow">the Backlink Guide</A> It is a well put together comprehensive guide to backlinks. Including where and How-To's. The book has easy navigation through the PDF file. With Navigation Links and BookMarks.
